Food Preservation Research - CSIRO

Description

These photographs taken at the CSIRO demonstrate the tireless research poured into food preservation by Australian food scientists. Working with American and British food experts, Australian food scientists worked to create seeds for harvest, synthetic fertilizers, new preservation methods such as snap freezing and methods to prevent butter tainting, as well as egg, meat, and milk dehydration processes.(1)
